Lesson 2 / How to Create a Character

Exercise 2 / Sort Out the Tom Splurge

Same description. A more useful order.

You already sort information like this. This isn’t an idiot test; it’s a chance to reinforce the habit: separate what you’ve written into details someone else can find and use.

The splurge is sliced into passages. Click or drag a passage card, then put it into a labelled bucket. You can also select a smaller piece of text. Touch and keyboard work too.

There’s no timer and no mark out of ten. Some details fit more than one heading. Make a defensible choice; you can move a passage again or return it to the splurge. Repeated headings share one bucket. Not every bucket needs something in it.
